The HKTDC Hong Kong International Tea Fair is a good fair with an impressive visitors’ profile. It has been very well organised. We appreciate in particular the extensive promotional efforts such as tea events and tea competition throughout the fair. We have been participating in the fair for four consecutive years. This fair provides a very good platform to promote our tea and get new buyers including those from the Chinese mainland and other regions.
Ms Priyanka Liyanage, Senior Executive (Promotion & Marketing), Sri Lanka Tea Board, Sri Lanka

This is our first-time exhibition in Hong Kong to build our presence in the international market. I believe this is the best tea fair in Asia that attracts a large number of visitors from all over the world. I understand Hong Kong people love drinking tea and appreciate very much the quality of premium tea. Our black tea offers strong color and deep aromatic flavor, and we hope to build our presence successfully here.
Ms Tomoko Uchida, President, Okinawa Tea Factory Co., Ltd., Japan

The HKTDC Hong Kong International Tea Fair is an excellent place for us to meet Hong Kong customers and acquire new buyers from different places of the world. This fair has a special value to everybody in the tea industry. It attracts a lot of serious buyers and exhibitors every year. We really appreciate the benefits it brings about for our company.
Mr Wu Qingbiao, General Manager, Fujian Bama Tea Co., Ltd, the Chinese mainland

The HKTDC Hong Kong International Tea Fair is a wonderful gathering place for all players in the tea industry. The fair has been professionally run by HKTDC with excellent promotional activities. We have been participating in the fair over the years with a particular focus on promoting our Hong Kong-style milk tea through the International KamCha Competition. This is a very successful fair with a great number of visitors. We also see more and more local and overseas participants in the milk tea competition every year.
Mr Simon Wong Ka-wo, Chairman, Association of Coffee and Tea of Hong Kong, Hong Kong

This is my second visit to the Hong Kong fair and I like it very much. I am looking for organic green tea this year and have found two to three potential suppliers from the Chinese mainland. Orders will be made after the testing process. This is a great fair and it is so easy to walk around and find what I want. Hong Kong is really a good place to do business.
Mr Eugen Achim, Executive Director, Kalpo s.r.l., Romania

The Hong Kong fair is very large in scale with a strong presence of exhibitors from everywhere. The business matching meetings organized by HKTDC have been very helpful and the mix of different tea receptions and events during the fair offers a good chance to mingle with other industry players.
Mr Guai Zi Zhao, Business Development Executive, Nam Wan Tea Co, Pte Ltd, Singapore

This is the first time we’ve visited the HKTDC Hong Kong International Tea Fair. The fair has a lot of products on offer. We are particularly interested in different Chinese tea products such as white tea, black tea, Pu’er and Oolong. I have met five the Chinese mainland tea producers and I hope to work out business with them eventually.
Ms Elena Shlyushinskaya, Manager, Tea Guild Company, Russia

This is my first experience at the HKTDC Hong Kong International Tea Fair. The fair has been very nice and well placed. I am pleased to be here to re-connect with existing suppliers and to find new products and partners. It is nice to have the tea fair open to the public on its final day. Consumers can see all the new things and products for themselves and that will make it more efficient to get their interest.
Mr Dan Robertson, President, The Tea House, USA
